Come join the Elk River Area Food Co-op and our special speaker Myrna Krueger as we learn about the practices of permaculture. Permaculture is a system of agricultural and social design principles that utilize patterns and features observed in natural ecosystems. In this 90-minute introductory session, you’ll discover ways to incorporate permaculture techniques and strategies into your garden and your life.
This class is free to the community. Space reserved for first 40 registered participants.

Myrna Krueger is excited to share her knowledge of permaculture. With a horticulture degree and a career in agriculture communications, she recently attended permaculture training and has a Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC). Myrna is a native plants enthusiast and life-long gardener. She lives in Elk River and volunteers for the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge and Friends of Sherburne.
