Join the Elk River Area Food Co-op and Lindsey Christianson as we talk about different fermentation methods and all the amazing health benefits! Lindsey will teach us how to ferment at home and everyone will leave with their very own Apple Cider Vinegar Starter Kit. We will be able to see various stages of the fermenting process and participants will have an opportunity to taste some fermented foods. 

Instructor Bio: Lindsey is the owner of Elderberry Queen, specializing in natural healing remedies. Her mission is to help improve the lives and health for as many families as I possible. When she's not taking care of her 5 kids, she's finding ways to better the whole family's life. She grows her own elderberries and sells immune bossting elderberry syrup. Lindsey values at-home, do-it-yourself techniques and is so excited to share the amazing benefits of fermenting with our community!
