On Feb. 15, 2021, Texas experienced a rare snowstorm with the temperature dropping to an all-time low. Construction of the Hailiang Texas Copper Manufacturing Plant resumed on Feb. 22 after the historic winter storm forced it to halt. The project team held an urgent meeting to strategize how to minimize the impact of the severe weather and was able to successfully start the first concrete slab pour for the annealing furnace on Feb. 25, marking a major milestone in the project.

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ has officially signed the contract for the Hailiang Texas Copper Manufacturing Plant project on Aug. 6. As the third plant project for ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ in the United States after Haier America Industrial Park and CRRC Railcar Factory, the Hailing project marks ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s continued progress in industrial plants construction.
